As I step away from my role as Executive Director, I’m filled with deep gratitude for the past two years I have spent with this incredible, welcoming community of alumni, faculty, staff, and students. Watching our students from all walks of life find the courage to pursue their Master’s in Acupuncture has been one of the most inspiring parts of this journey. Their commitment to healing has encouraged me to lean into my own path of supporting and advocating for those impacted by burn injury.

Through the lens of the Five Element tradition, I’ve learned to see transition not as an end, but as part of a larger cycle. It is a process that invites new growth and fresh energy. With that spirit, I am honored to welcome Dr. Greta Pursley as the incoming Executive Director. Her heart, vision, experience, and steady leadership will serve this community well.
