CORE ZERO BALANCING I: PUT ENERGY INTO YOUR PRACTICE WITH ZERO BALANCING

Zero Balancing is a mind/body system of healing and personal transformation developed in the 1970s in California, by Dr. Fritz Smith. It’s theories and practices result from a marriage of Western ideas of anatomy and physiology, particularly from Osteopathy, with ideas of energetic anatomy and enlightenment from the East.

Zero Balancing has proven to be a valuable system of healing with benefits to many people on many levels. It is valuable as a system for reducing physical pain and improving alignment. And, it has proven to have a major value in the area of personal growth and personal transformation, helping many people gain a deeper connection to their core self.

This class in core zero balancing introduces the intellectual and practical framework of the art and science of Zero Balancing. Students learn both how to perform zero balancing and how Zero Balancing feels to receive. By the end of the class, students will able to perform a complete ZB sessions for clients.

Wonderful review, great insights into ZB and clarification of principles

Marcia Ferry

Whether I’m doing ZB or CST or VM or a mix it has given me a framework with which to work and improved my palpation skills. So many of the ZB techniques (all!) are applicable to the pain patients I treat.
